Prior to implementation, a pre-requirement survey is completed by the customer which outlines all necessary information.  A collaborative team made up of an EBE systems analyst and customer representatives review the pre-requirement survey together.  A complete analysis of current processes is then conducted by EBE staff.  From this analysis, a requirements definition is prepared and presented to the customer that details all aspects of the SHIPS project.  This requirements definition becomes the blueprint to configure and implement the software.


Once implemented, EBE's experienced professionals will train your staff on both usage and administrative functionality of the software. This will be done either on-site or remotely, depending on the nature of the project and customer requirements.
